GENERAL “FOUR WALL” RENTAL RATES

(based on 2 hour showing)

Mon $250 • Tues $350 • WED $600 • THU $800 • FRI/ SAT $1000 • SUN $900

All rates depend on when the theater is available and prices are subject to change depending on details relating to your event.
The seating capacity is approx. 650

Your welcome to cater your event although all drinks both hard and soft
must be purchased in the theater.

For events over 2 hrs. you can double the rental up to 5 hrs. Anything over 5 hrs. is considered a full day rental in most cases.

The full day rental begins at $2500.

Depending on certain details the rates may be flexible.

Please let us know when you’re ready to look at dates. In many cases the theater is booked many months in advance.
