Surely you’re serious about attending this special outdoor screening projected across an airplane hanger at the Frontiers of Flight Museum near Love Field !  All tickets include 2 Vouchers to Visit the Museum (during their posted business hours!)

Airplane! is written and directed by David and Jerry Zucker and Jim Abrahams. It stars Robert Hays and Julie Hagerty and features Leslie Nielsen, Robert Stack, Lloyd Bridges, Peter Graves & Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.  Lines like “of course I’m serious, and quit calling me Shirley” have been quoted roughly 500,000 times since the movie hit theaters in the summer of 1980.  In 2010, the film was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant”.  Airplane! has been voted by fans as the funniest movie of all time on Ranker and was voted number one in Time Magazine’s “The 50 Funniest Comedies Ever” poll.

This is Drive-in style, meaning you will listen to the movie from the comfort of your car on the radio or via our outdoor speakers!  (bring a radio with a digital tuner or make sure your car can operate in Accessory mode)

– Lot opens at 7pm, movie at 8pm!

– Snacks, Drinks and merch avail to order via your phone and will be delivered to your car via a Team Texas Theatre member wearing a mask! (no alchohol at this screening and no BYOB please!)

– This is a socially distant screening! Please stay in your car.  Museum restooms will be avail. (Masks required to go inside to use restroom)

– Only 70 Car slot tickets will be sold!
