Paul Verhoeven's ROBOCOP returns to the Texas Theatre, this time to save Dallas's City Hall!

This Screening Benefitting The Save Dallas City Hall Coalition

Presented by the SMU Department of English, Atwell, and The Texas Theatre

Filmed in Dallas 40 years ago, this special screening celebrates our endangered
City Hall, whose future will be determined by City Council this summer. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Save Dallas City Hall Coalition.

The program will include the following:
- Introduction by Robocop film scholar & Chair of SMU Department of English, Christopher González
- Update on the Future of City Hall
- Costume Contest for Sci-Fi Cosplayers
- Commemorative Merchandise (T-Shirts, City Hall Models, Posters)

The Save Dallas City Hall Coalition is a grassroots nonprofit (501(c)4) utilizing
advocacy, education, and legal means to ensure The People’s House remains a citizen-owned asset available for generations to come.
