CinéWilde presents ‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show’
This fall, CinéWilde is coming up to the lab to see what’s on the slab in the 1975 cult horror-comedy musical ‘The Rocky Horror Picture Show.’
When Brad and Janet’s car breaks down near Dr. Frank N. Furter’s castle, the newly engaged couple finds themselves surrounded by a dangerously deranged “transexual Transylvanian,” his sadistic servants and his newly born muscleman, all eager to give themselves over to absolute pleasure.
We’re actually showing this film at the request of CinéWilde attendee James Sean Angus in honor of his birthday. Before the film, we’ll speak with someone who has acted in an onstage version of ‘Rocky Horror,’ and after the film, put on your party hats and join us and James in the lobby for some birthday cake, specially themed cocktails and more rock-and-roll hits as we all do the Time Warp again!
9:30 pm – Pre-show talk
10 pm – Film
