October is officially here and we’ve got an awesome lineup to meet all your HALLOW-NEEDS! This month we kick things off with a Clive Barker omnibus, featuring the three key films he directed. This week’s first installment is his original director’s cut of NIGHTBREED!

Darren Aronofsky‘s latest film, Mother!, has been incredibly polarizing. Whether you can’t get enough or think it’s the worst film ever made, definitely make it a priority tonight to see the film that heavily inspired it; Luis Buñuel‘s surrealist THE EXTERMINATING ANGEL.

We’re also thrilled to bring you the brand new indie, SUPER DARK TIMES; a harrowing but meticulously observed look at teenage lives in the era prior to the Columbine High School massacre.

If you a) harbor falcons, or b) drive around with live cheetahs, come see the lovely Oak Cliff Film Festival selection, THE CHALLENGE. If you don’t own exotic pets, you should still come see it! Also, if you’re a fan of mermaids, join us for a Criterion Release Party, as we bring back  THE LURE for one show only!

We’re also proud to bring you a 4K restoration of the Orson Welles‘ noir masterpiece, THE LADY FROM SHANGHAI. In honor of Rita Hayworth, who died as result to complications from Alzheimer’s, $1 of each ticket will be donated to the 2017 Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Finally, tonight we give you one more opportunity to see the new DCP restoration of ROSEMARY’S BABY.
