A warrior named Hawk is sent into “The Wheel Zone” to rescue a psychic in this improvised sequel to past TNT rager ROLLER BLADE (1987). In other words there’s no plot but it’s got ninjas, skates, thongs, Easy Rider references, and lesser known siblings of movie stars running around San Bernadino’s finest drainage ditches. Normals would find this unwatchable but you’re not one of THEM are you?
